Equipment

The equipment used to manufacture the products and deliver the services are of the highest standard in the latest technology and efficiency.

The job cycle:

All jobs start on the CAD stations where the design is finalized and the tooling specifications are prepared.
 

 
In the tooling division the job is machined using the CNC machining centres, EDM machines and other high precision CAD/CAM tooling work centres.

The machined mold is subjected to the highest and most rigorous quality tests using the CMM machine and then accepted by the customer for the next stage of production.

If the mold is going to a production run it goes to one of the 10 production presses and enters the manufacturing facility. The fully automated presses are capable of any type of production run and all parts are subjected to the highest QC and QA measures that the customer demands.
