Prototype Molds:
Designed to demonstrate
profitability and production potential PPI will work with
the customer on a 'unit tool' until the part is correct.
Production Molds:
High volume, high efficiency
and low maintenance molds are PPI's forte. It should be
noted that if PPI produces the parts in their facility all
maintenance and warranty work, including mold rebuilds is
not charged to the customer.
Hybrid Molds:
Hybrid molds are a PPI specialty.
Using dissimilar metals for molding purposes, usually to
ensure a rapid cool-down of the part and thereby increasing
cycle time and boosting production, PPI has perfected this
manufacturing technique and is an acknowledged industry
leader in the technology.
