Production Molds

High volume, high efficiency and low maintenance molds are PPI's forte. It should be noted that if PPI produces the parts in their facility all maintenance and warranty work, including mold rebuilds is "on the house" - not charged to the customer.

Molds do not make it to the production stage until they have been exhaustively proven prototypically. But when they do PPI's customers are assured they are built exactly to customers' specifications. Using standardized parts and built on a M.U.D. chassis, these molds are easy to maintain and economical to run.

Production can be conducted by PPI or the finished mold will be shipped anywhere in the world to the customers' facilities for them to use in production.
